In July, six OEM members were sent out to Dalian, China to serve the OEM missionaries, and the college students there. We, the team, witnessed the fruit of the works of the missionaries as the students displayed great maturity in their faith and love for God. It was humbling and refreshing to see them freely express their love for Christ with genuine praise and hearts of thanksgiving during their Sunday service. We also had an opportunity to meet the people of the North Korean ministry. We were greatly encouraged by their zeal and compassion to expand His kingdom as they shared their stories of the starving orphans and the difficulties yet persistence of witnessing and discipling in the oppressed nation. Believers in free nations and open societies, who are free to worship and feed on His truth, need to be the light through prayer, and by giving and going to all nations until the return of Christ!
